CAST OF CHARACTERS
(14 characters plus optional extras)
PEGGY - a small pirate who sets out to rescue the pirates from a sea monster
SCUMMY - young pirate who says mean things to PEGGY
BOB - the Brave can be either gender (Bob can be short for Roberta). One of the mean pirates who pick on PEGGY.
SUE - the Smelly can be changed to Sam. Another mean pirate.
CAPTAIN SLUDGE - Pirate Captain who wants to plunder and pillage Arizona
CAPTAIN SOGGY - Pirate Captain who secretly wants to open a seaside resort
GRUNT - wise old pirate who speaks mysteriously
MERMAID - helps PEGGY find the sea monster
WILLY the whale - someone who knows the way to the sea monster
BARNEY the barnacle - attached to the whale and mocks the whale constantly
PEARL the oyster - a game show host
VOICE of game show announcer
SEA MONSTER - a baby sea monster who helps his mama capture the pirates
MAMA MONSTER - a sea monster mother that is angry at the pirates for littering in her ocean
